Our team at Pioneer Programs goes above and beyond to meet the needs of each student in our school. Each brings their own skills, expertise, and experience to the daily task of educating our students and teaching skills that will last a lifetime.
A.J. Genovese
CEO
A.J. attended the University of California at San Diego where he earned his Bachelors in Psychology. He received training as a behavior consultant and has tutored children in the areas of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Steve Hudson
Program Director
Steve is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Psychology. He went on to get his Master’s degree in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis at Capella University before obtaining his BCBA.
Kelly Bayes
Assistant Program Director
Kelly dual majored in Special and General Education and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Providence College. She began her teaching career in Brooklyn, NY at a specialized elementary school for children with Autism.
Amber Palomino
Human Resources
Amber is a graduate of San Diego State University and received her multiple-subject teaching credential from Humboldt State University. She began with Pioneer in 2004 as a teacher and after many years, she transitioned to Human Resources with a PHRca certification.
Emily Riddle
Administrative Assistant
As the Administrative Assistant, Emily focuses on running the front desk for both schools. She is usually the first person you meet when visiting our campuses and is an integeral part of keeping our office organizing and running smoothly.
